Duplicate CDS sequences when importing project saved for CDS/Protein alignment from Uniprot crossrefs for ENA:L20893

      Description

      Noticed whilst attempting to fix JAL-3748.

      1. Import ENA:L20893
      2. Show Uniprot Crossrefs.
      3. close original retrieval window (not sure if bug behaviour is affected by this)
      4. Save CDS/Protein alignment as a project.
      5. Load saved project.

      Bug: There are two CDS sequences linked to each protein.
