Virtual feature location breaks for mapped stop codon

      Description

      Fetch EMBL example X53828 and Get Cross-References | UNIPROT.
      Show CDS features on nucleotide and (virtual) CDS features on peptide.
      Mouseover peptide does not show the CDS feature as a tooltip.
      Also, right-click on a protein residue results in a stack trace in the console.
