Scalebar selection does not clear on mouse drag resize

Start Jalview as per JAL-3648. Same action.

Note that a one-column residue selection from the scale bar is made upon mouse down. That is fine.

Vertical mouse dragging to resize then leaves that selection in place, which would not be wanted if all I want to do is resize an annotation histogram.

If resizing, the scale bar residue selection should clear, particularly if it is only one residue. Preferably upon mouse drag.
