Description
Start Jalview; open uniref50.fa with a window that is about 50 residues wide
Using the mouse, drag up on the Conservation histogram
Note that the annotation panel can go completely blank (because there are tall bars to the right), and that there is no scrollbar.
Now resize the frame horizontally by just a pixel or two.
The vertical scrollbar appears.
This is unexpected. The vertical scrollbar should appear immediately after the mouse is released from dragging, or possibly even during dragging.
