Extended Structure Preferences GUI for configuring multiple external viewers

The Structure preferences tab needs additional fields to show paths for each available structure viewer, regardless of which one is currently configured as the primary viewer for new structure displays.

This isn't just useful for testing - many users will be interested in experimenting with ChimeraX or Pymol but may still have existing Jalview projects that use Chimera and Jmol.
