Sequence Logo incorrect - bottom letters waver along columns of alignment

When stretching the sequence logo to a large size of my alignment, the bottom starting letters do not begin at the same position and are offset (see screenshot). The size of the individual amino acid symbols still agree with the distribution of amino acids. So maybe it is some bug with resizing that annotation track. I have attached my Jalview project just in case this cannot be reproduced, but I noticed this on other alignments every time.
