Distinguish 'sort by feature score/density' and 'sort by feature score/density in range of columns' as undo/provenance operations

Follow on from JAL-3549 - sort-by-features operations look at features lying within the range of an alignment's columns, or the start/end range of the active region selection. Jalview's convention in other types of analysis operations is to distinguish operations on a selection from those based on the whole alignment, so 'undo sort by feature score' or 'undo sort by feature density' could also have 'for selected region' appended when a region was active.

it would also be useful for provenance records (as well as in undo-redo) if the range of columns were also included in the human and machine readable log of operations.
