Don't report Install4j/installer/getdown versions as 'null' on console when not launched via getdown/install4j installation

      Description

      When launched via executable jar or from source/classpath, Jalview's console includes the following:

      Install4j version: null
      Install4j template version: null
      Launcher version: null

      It'd be better if these were simply omitted from the output.
