Add install4j version, installer version and getdown-launcher version to console display in Jalview

Diagnosing problems caused by the installer or launcher could be made easier by having the installer and launcher versions more accessible to the reporter.

Todo:
Create an installer version number (i.e. the version of the install4j configuration file) which will then be obtainable by getdown -> Jalview.

Pass:
  install4j version (now available in install4j 8),
  installer version,
  getdown-launcher version
to Jalview as properties.
Add those properties to be displayed in the Jalview console window.
