Remember positioning of Feature Settings dialog

      Description

      1. Open an alignment and show feature settings dialog (View->Feature Settings)
      2. Move feature settings dialog to a different location (e.g. to right of view)
      3. Select the 'View->Feature Settings' menu option to open the dialog again.
      The dialog is closed and reopened at the same location from step 1.
      Would be friendlier to keep the position chosen by the user.
