Preserve pfam and rfam metadata when exporting retrieved entries as Stockholm

Jalview omits or rearranges some meta data in a PFAM or RFAM record when importing from (or exporting to) Stockholm:

GF CC comments only retain the final line for multiline comments
GF and GS DR lines only retain the final database reference

AC lines are converted to DR lines, and the PFAM specific 'domain number' (added after a '.' in the AC for a sequence) is lost.

Ideally Jalview should preserve as much as possible to faciltate Jalview/JS's use for family curation.
