      Description

      import the stockholm file for PFAM PF00037.
      Export the secondary structure annotation row to a file
      import the file back into either the applet or application.
       - this is a problem with the annotation parser, in that it is difficult to specify arbitrary labels along side a row of secondary structure elements (the parser decides that the row is text labelling rather than elements).
