Structure viewer includes unmapped chains in View Chains menu

      Description

      Load uniref50.fa, show structure 5h92 for FER1_MAIZE.
      View Mapping shows only chain C is mapped to structure.
      The viewer's View | Show Chain... menu offers A, B and C.
      Unselecting C leaves no sequence shown on the structure.
      Chains A and B should not be included in the menu.
      Problems occurs with Jmol or Chimera, SIFTS or N-W mapping.
      Also after redisplaying structure from cache (with only chain C offered).
