Don't offer structures with no mapping to visible sequence

      Description

      Structure Chooser can offer structures which don't overlap the (visible) part of the sequence in the alignment. Structure quality measures don't help filter these out as they are with respect to the complete Uniprot sequence. It might be helpful if Jalview could remove these structures from the list offered.
