NullPointerException in IdPanel popup menu if all sequences hidden

      Description

      Hide all sequences. Right-click in the (empty) IdPanel.
      No menu appears. NullPointerException in IdPanel.showPopupMenu in the console.
      Would like a menu offering 'Reveal All' to be shown.
