'Reveal all' offered in alignment area popup menu when sequences are hidden

      Description

      1. Import an alignment and hide a few sequences.
      2. Right click in the alignment area - a popup menu containing 'Reveal All' is shown.
      3. Select the option to reveal all sequences.
      4. Select some sequences and right click on the selected region in the alignment.

      Note - only 'Selection' is offered in the popup menu, no option is given to Hide sequences.
