Status bar updates as mouse moves over sequence or annotation, but not over sequence id or annotation label.
As a result it can continue to show, for example, an annotation value with the mouse over a sequence id, or a residue position with the mouse over an annotation label, which looks odd.
Having it show sequence id when over a sequence id, and annotation label ditto, would make more sense.
