      Description

      Castor library is not mainstream, JAXB is now part of core Java language (java.xml.bind package).
      If we could move from Castor to JAXB (with backwards compatibility for reading Jalview project files, of course), and transpile these classes to JS, then JalviewJS could read/write project files and exchange them with Jalview application.
