      Description

      Reported by several people including Jon Manning.

      Sometimes it is difficult to 'grab' the red tag indicator that appears to indicate that a mouse click and drag will drag the alignment/annotation horizontal divider up or down the alignment display window.

      It would be nice if the height and position of the annotation display panel was also automatically adjustable to display new annotation when they are added.

      The applet does not even have the annotation panel height adjustment feature implemented. People tend to get confused between the applet and the application, and so I (JBP) suspect this is one source of the problem.
