      Description

      In Jalview 2.10.x 'Format->Text' does not disable rendering of sequence symbols for sequence features, but this may not always be desirable.

      A new Format->Feature Text and Format->Feature Show boxes could be provided to control display of text and background colouring for displayed features. These settings could also be specified for particular feature types via the feature settings dialog.
