Description
Dear friends,
It seems that the sequence numbers (see example MSA attached) are parsed as part of the actual sequences...
Would be great that this could be improved, as Clustal Omega results now default to this output format and people then open them with Jalview (see example only available for 7 days - https://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/services/web/toolresult.ebi?jobId=clustalo-I20180517-102957-0169-8465116-p2m)
