Try harder to locate Chimera executable on windows platforms

      Description

      On Windows 10 - Jalview couldn't locate a chimera 1.12 installation at C:\Programs\Chimera 1.12\bin\Chimera.exe.

      Perhaps use a windows find command ? Or a path like:

      C:\Program*\*himera*\bin\chimera.exe
