Interactive and automatic testing for structure superpositions involving multi-model PDB/mmCIF files

JAL-2945 introduced a patch to broken code in the Jmol 'onLoad' handler that maps loaded structures to the list of files handled by the JmolBinding for handling mouseover events. This code may not be robust to multi-model PDB files and needs more thorough testing.
