Linked sequence highlighting doesn't work for structures added to existing Jmol view

Import example feredoxin project, right click on Q93XJ9_SOLTU and open structure chooser. Click View Structure on the discovered structure and say 'Yes' when Jalview asks to add the structure to the existing view.

Once the structure has appeared and been superimposed, move mouse over the structure. No regions in Q93XJ9_SOLTU are highlighted (in whichever view), yet the structure is still coloured and correctly superposed according to aligned positions.
