Jalview supports export of features via GFF (version 3 as of 2.11), but for a jalview feature file entry like :
<html>Fer2 Status: True Positive <a href="http://pfam.xfam.org/family/PF00111">Pfam 8_83</a></html> FER_CAPAA -1 8 83 Pfam 0.0
The equivalent GFF line is:
FER_CAPAA uniprot Pfam 8 83 0.0 . .
The description should be added in column 9 as a note with appropriate character escaping.
