Update uniprot.org endpoints to https (by 20th June 2018)

      Description

      www.uniprot.org today has this banner message:
      To improve security and privacy, we are moving our web pages and services from HTTP to HTTPS.
      To give users of web services time to transition to HTTPS, we will support separate HTTP and HTTPS services until June 20, 2018.
      From this date, the HTTP traffic will be automatically redirected to HTTPS.

      We already know (see JAL-2745) that Jalview code doesn't follow redirects, so any configured endpoints should be updated to https.
