no binding between derived annotation rows and original structure data file parsed via Jmol

Originally, the MCView PDB structure parser had methods to generate a binding between the annotation rows generated by Jmol by processing temperature and secondary structure and the PDB accession/label as defined by the PDBEntry.

MCView's mechanism was disabled and the Jmol parser is now used directly, but no methods for testing for whether an annotation row was derived by a particular PDBEntry are available.
