Add a choice between loading in trees as tabs or new windows to Preferences

As it stands loading in several trees at once via a file, URL or database ID adds these trees as tabs to a single Archaeopteryx frame. Calculating a tree repeatedly opens each of the calculated trees as a new frame however.

This might be confusing for users, there should be a setting that allows them to choose how they want multiple trees for one alignment to be displayed.
