Description
When a sequence is edited via the popup menu, a new dataset sequence may be created that inherits features and annotation. If sequence data was lost or gained via the edit, however, the features and annotation either side of the edited region are not relocated.
1. import
SEQ1 ACD---EFG
2. create three features with different descriptions - on AC, DE, and FG
3. Select and edit the range D--E to remove D & E.
>>> the DE feature is still shown, but now overlaid on FG.
