Show sequence information from the Jalview alignment in the individual Aptx tree nodes

Currently tree nodes in Jalview contain no real extra information for users by themselves. In contrast, Aptx nodes can each store information such as taxonomy, accession, actual sequence etc. that can be shown by selecting one of the nodes.

So this data will have to get passed from the Jalview alignment along to the Aptx nodes.
