toggling a feature group after first time doesn't update associated structure view

1. Import a structure file as an alignment (examples/3W5V, for instance).
2. Show structure via View 3D Structure
3. Open feature settings, and tick/untick then tick again the 3W5V group button.

Structure is coloured green the first time, then doesn't get any more colour updates.
