change default visibility for autocalculated annotation rows

Rather than adding/removing autocalculated annotation rows by default, they should be hidden or shown by default. The UI should also allow fine control (ie show or hide each type of autocalculated annotation).

Ideally, autocalculated annotation that requires more than one sequence to be meaningful should be hidden when the alignment contains only one sequence.
