      Description

      Jalview XML objects are used for both project and new view creation. Currently, when a new view is created, alignment workers are restarted to calculate a fresh conservation and consensus profile.

      It would be more efficient to reuse the results from the previous view, and to also save the results alongside the view so when it is later restored, recalculation is not necessary.
