Overview and structure colours don't update for Graduated Feature Colour choices

      Description

      You can change a graduated feature colour in a dialog opened from Feature Settings. These changes affect the alignment but don't update an Overview window, or structure coloured by sequence (they should):
      - Colour by Label on/off
      - choice of Min / Max colour
      - choice of No / Above / Below Threshold
      - Threshold is Min/Max checkbox
