Implement Blosum62/substitution model colouring with respect to reference sequence

1. Open a protein alignment. Enable Blosum62 colouring.
2. right click and select Set as Reference in the sequence ID popup menu
Should see the Blosum62 colouring change so the reference sequence becomes blue, and mutations in other sequences w.r.t. to the reference sequence coloured according to likelihood.
