Export features doesn't respect group visibility

      Description

      The Export Features should export currently visible features only (and non-positional if shown).
      It takes visible features types into account, but not groups.
      Example: load uniref50.fa and view structures for FER1_SPIOL and FER1_MAIZE.
      In Feature Settings, select RESNUM and group 1a70 only.
      Features are visible on FER1_SPIOL only.
      However Export Features exports for FER1_MAIZE as well.
