Description
Groovy scripts provide a convenient way for users to extend Jalview's capabilities. Currently, functionality provided via a script is only available if the script is first loaded into Jalview's groovy console and then exectuted.
Ideally, scripts that provide new capabilities such as annotation calculations, score models, etc, could be automatically loaded on startup rather than requiring manual execution by the user.
