A second view's Feature Settings is not updated when features are added

      Description

      If there are two views of an alignment, each with a Feature Settings dialog open, and a structure is displayed (from one view)
      - features are added to the sequence as the structure is parsed (RESNUM, and Uniprot features if SIFTS mapping is used)
      - the features are added to the Feature Settings for the view from which the structure was opened
      - the other Feature Settings are not updated (until next touch/reopened)
