Description
GenomeHubs (http://genomehubs.org/) offer a way for researchers to create web accessible ensembl databases to warehouse their own data.
Support is planned for GenomeHubs to expose Ensembl REST API endpoints - when this is available, Jalview should provide UI components to add GenomeHubs to the list of available database sources and support transcript/CDS/variant/feature discovery.
