Protein specific colours enabled in selected group colour menu for nucleotide alignment

      Description

      1.Import a nucleotide alignment
      2. make a selection
      3. right click and Selection->new group->colour menu

      At the very least, Conservation colouring should not be available since it is not computable for nucleotide sequences.
