Change Colour doesn't preserve threshold unless slider visible

If you choose a colour scheme with Conservation or Above PID threshold, then change to a different colour scheme
- the threshold is retained if the threshold slider panel is visible
- it is lost if the panel is not open
It should be transferred whether the slider is open or not.

Same for combinations of Conservation and Above PID (JAL-2373).
