Can't turn off 'Above % Identity' or 'By Conservation' in group colour menu

      Description

      The options 'Above % Identity' and 'By Conservation' are always unchecked in the popup (edit group colour) menu (desktop and applet), even after the option has been selected and applied.
      This means there is no way to remove it once applied.
      The menu builder should check the current state and set the menu item as selected if applicable.
