Load attached file PF00076.19_human.sto into Jalview
Ensure default structure viewer is set to Chimera in the structure preferences
Search for sequence SNRPA_HUMAN/12-83
View 3D structure for 3UCU
Empty mapping is shown when mapping output is viewed, highlighting is not propagated, and colour transfer is not made.
When the same process is repeated for which Jmol set as the default structure viewer mapping is successful associated.
