Description
[~smacgowan] encountered and reported an issue when he attempted to associate/view 3ucu structure from PDB to SNRPA_HUMAN sequence from UniProt.
Initially the mapping seems to fail and no output is shown on the mapping output window. But this seem to be due to state conflicts (since it seems to work ok when Jalview is restarted and a fresh alignment loaded).
On the other hand, I noticed that 3ucu is not really mappable to SNRPA_HUMAN. However, it is offer in the structure chooser for SNRPA_HUMAN.
