      Description

      The dialog displayed when the close button for a Chimera window in Jalview is hit should allow the user to cancel the close operation, in addition to 'Yes' or 'No" for closing the chimera window.

      In v2.10 and v2.9, hitting escape or the close button on the dialog always results in the Chimera window closing, permanently disconnecting Jalview from the Chimera session.
