Colour schemes don't handle 'joint consensus' correctly

For columns with a joint modal residue (shown as + in the consensus sequence), sequence residues are not recognised as 'consensus' and not coloured correctly under BLOSUM62 colouring or above % identity.
For example, paste this in:

Seq7/1-5 GTAVS

Colour by Percentage Identity:
   - columns 3 and 4 are not coloured, although they have 44% PID and should be light blue.
Colour with Clustalx and Above Identity Threshold.
   - columns 3 and 4 are white for all threshold > 0. Should remain coloured up to 44% threshold.
