Setting Chimera as default structure viewer is ignored for example data loaded on reopening

      Description

      Set default structure viewer as Chimera, close Jalview and reopen. A Jmol window opens with the 3D structure, instead of a Chimera window. Chimera is installed and is set as default viewer, and is used if I choose a sequence and view the 3D structure, but it is not being used for the data being loaded on opening Jalview.

      Possibly related to JAL-2247 or JAL-2257
