auto-opened overview gets different feature display to alignment view

      Description

      1. make sure 'open overview' is enabled in preferences.
      2. retrieve your favourite uniprot sequence.
      3. Overview will have different appearance to alignment view.

      The overview renderer is updated when it's resized, so the impact isn't major, but is sufficiently confusing to suggest a bug.
