Description
Load uniref50 example alignment.
1) select FER2_ARATH (only) and Web Services | Fetch DBReferences | Uniprot
- a warning message is displayed (incorrectly)
"Some of the ids have been altered, most likely the start/end residue will have been updated."
- a warning message is also displayed (correctly)
"FER2_ARATH Sequence not 100% match"
- FER2_ARATH has not had any dbrefs added (correct, as no match)
2) reload and instead select FER1_MAIZE and FER2_ARATH, repeat
- the warning messages are displayed as before, but this time including (with the message enhanced)
"FER1_MAIZE Sequence not 100% match with UNIPROT|P16972|Q0WWH2|FER2_ARATH"
- incorrect, FER1_MAIZE should not be matched against the Uniprot FER2_ARATH sequence
3) reload and instead select all sequences (or equivalently, none) and repeat
- no warning message is displayed (expect a warning for FER2_ARATH at least)
- FER2_ARATH has acquired Uniprot dbrefs - it should not since it should not have been matched
