If (for example) fetch DB Refs from PDB finds a sequence but is unable to match it to the query sequence, then the dialogue shown is confusing:
"Your sequences have been verified against known sequence databases. Some of the ids have been
altered, most likely the start/end residue will have been updated.
Save your alignment to maintain the updated id.
1A62 SEQUENCE NOT %100 MATCH "
The first paragraph should not be shown if no sequence match was made.
Also the error message is shouty and %100 should be 100%.
